At HBN Signature, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide premium quality fragrances and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.

  1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

• You received a damaged or defective product
• You received the wrong item
• The product arrived leaking or broken
• The item is unused and in its original packaging

To qualify for a return:
• The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
• The product must remain unused and sealed
• Original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included

  1. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Used perfumes or opened bottles
• Products damaged after delivery
• Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales
• Gift cards or special promotional items

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos of the product
• A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

  1. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and inspected:
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable
• Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be processed through bank transfer or store credit

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by HBN Signature.

We may offer product exchanges for:
• Damaged items
• Incorrect products
• Manufacturing defects

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

  1. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The wrong item was sent
• The item arrived damaged or defective

We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.

  1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
