At HBN Signature, we understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions and process for order cancellations.

  1. Order Cancellation Eligibility

Orders may be cancelled if:
• The order has not yet been processed or shipped
• The cancellation request is submitted within a reasonable time after placing the order

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the courier service, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

• Reason for cancellation (optional)

  1. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• Prepaid orders cancelled before shipment may qualify for a full refund
• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment method
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cancelled before dispatch will not incur charges

  1. Orders Already Shipped

If the order has already been shipped:
• Cancellation may not be possible
• Customers may refer to our Refund & Return Policy after receiving the order if applicable

  1. Repeated Cancellations

HBN Signature reserves the right to refuse future orders from customers who repeatedly place and cancel orders without valid reasons.

  1. Changes to Orders

If you need to modify your shipping address, phone number, or product selection, please contact us as soon as possible before dispatch. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
